At Farmstead Cottage, all sales are final. However, want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged item, we are happy to offer a replacement, provided you can provide proof of the damage incurred during transit.

To initiate a refund or replacement:

1. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your item.
2. Send an email to farmsteadcottage2024@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item.
